Bricklin on Tablet PCs

t482 writes "Dan Bricklin gives his first impressions of the Tablet PC. 'The most important thing to know about the Tablet PC, as far as I'm concerned so far, is that Microsoft did a great job...of naming it.' and then goes on to give a fascinating history of pen computing."

Thank you moderators, for proving my point.

Tablets, with the much bigger screens, will get tons more complaints from 10 to 20 percent of its users than PDA's do.

What complaint? THE SCROLL BARS ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE! IF YOU'RE LEFT HANDED, and you're writing or drawing, it will (is) a pain to scroll because your left hand blocks the action! And how many times do you scroll? I know that PDA's have smaller screens and that I can and do use the up/down buttons, but scrolling would be fun sometimes. :/

GEEZUS WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!!!!

Let me explain to you why you are a moron and you will never get a date.

#1- You start of by saying how your PDA screen is too small. but then you ramble on about why it isn't too small at all. -1 CONTRADICTION and -1 DUMB ASS

#2- You resorted to the oldest geek trick to look cool and implied that you have actually asked for and recieved a girl's phone number. You are not fooling us. Saying that you like to gather phone numbers from females in your PDA is geek speak for "I am a pear-shaped, no-life loser nerd". -1 WILL NEVER LOSE VIRGINITY

Please keep these in mind before your next post. Thanks.
