PayPal Founder Wants To Launch Satellites

XNormal writes "Elon Musk, founder of Zip2 and PayPal is planning to build a launcher for small satellites. Much of his personal fortune come from the IPO of PayPal and subsequent sale to eBay. The amount of money he plans to spend on this project is not much more than Denis Tito spent on his space station visit. The difference is that this venture actually tries to do something productive. Elon is also behind the Life to Mars mission."

Please read through this entire post because the beginning makes it appear to be offtopic and it all is simply scope that leads to my objection to PayPal near the end. On with my words of wisdom and kindness:

I am a sovereign. I am California National; born in California State, not born in State of California (business fiction aka United States Corporation). I am posting anonymously because my Slashdot account doesn't deserve the slandering of being anti-U.S. or anti-American which is clearly and presently not the case. I want knowledgable slashdotters to see and answer my technical questions.

As I said, I am a sovereign. Sovereign is another way of saying "Self Governing". I researched the United States corporate laws, International Laws of both Commercial Law and Corporate Law, revoked my social security number, seperated from the United States corporation as a privateer and not a publican. I have denied benefit from sue of Federal Reserve Notes and have denied the United States Corporation as Payee in Due Course (it's an ozium I have destroyed; don't have time to explain).

Under the United States Code, that which all Businesses (Corporations) registered within the United States Corporation, states under 42 USC Sec. 408, element 8, that "[whoever]...discloses, uses, or compels the disclosure of the Social Security Number of any person in violation of the United States; shall be guilty of a felony...[fined, prisoned, under title 18, etc]..." Now, to my honesty, I don't subscribe to the Social Security Number and no longer obtain a Social Security and no longer use a Social Security Number. The United States does not grant the dsiclosure of the SSN for a bank account and neither does it disallow; yet under the previously stated 42 USC Sec. 408 (8) generally that it is a felony to compell the disclosure of the SSN: and PayPal as well as the majority of Banks (yes PayPal is a bank as defined in their recent lawsuit) demand a SSN, thus a FELONY is commited and is yet to be challenged/corrected/addressed by the Supreme Court or the U.S. Federal Government.

Before you say to me that they need ID and the SSN is ID, that is incorrect. The U.S. Federal Government stated that I may be asked and may not provide a SSN to hold a bank account. 31 CFR 103.33 states "[financial institutions to include] a notation in the record [that a customer lacks a SSN] ..." Before you say that they require ID again, read the Social Security Number Card and the Social Security Forms and the Social Security Act publishment and you will ascertain that is stated the Social Security Number is not Identification. Then why does the DMV of California require an SSN? Why does the PayPal bank require a SSN and another Bank Account Number to gain proper controll of the PayPal Account?

To make my difficulty known...I have done business on eBay for the past 3 years. eBay originally didn't require a SSN and never required a bank account number for registration and full use of their service other than auction fees, costs, and usage of which I always send to eBay administration in a timely manner unto their Denver Colorado Corporate office (entity). A customer of mine, of long time ago, didn't ask beforehand and used PayPal to send me a funny-money PayPal payment of over $300.00 and I was forced into having a PayPal account created and I don't have the Bank Number and SSN they demand other than my own Address of my home and street and phone number. PayPal wouldn't let me deny payment and I reluctantly sent my customers goods out of kindness.

PayPal still demands a SSN. I don't have one. Does anyone know how to attain full control of a PayPal account? Do I need to send any more afidavits and form another timely notarial protest? Anyone with information is welcome. My "un-verified" PayPal account has since accumulated over $1,100.00 and I am enraged that I can't do anything with the money other than let PayPal generate interest from their United States Trust Fund. I have many charities that I am desperate to fund, such as the freedom of the Sudanese Christian slaves. Anyone with further knowledge is welcome. Thankyou and I pray that God may have mercy on us.
