    I have just finished my thesis for my socialolgy doctorate, and I'd like you to know it's results. It's title was "Personal hygene of the slashdot crowd". Through my research, I discovered that all slashdot moderators share several trates, and the editors are paramount in all of them (esp michael). These traits are:

    *Social phobia
    *fear of light
    *extreme facial hair
    *poor self esteeme
    *chronic morbid obesecity
    *non existant personal hygene

    i am sad that does seem to be popular with the big boys though Liberty Alliance [projectliberty.org] so I guess we will be landed with some form of it in the future :*(.
