    Hmmmm....let's see here:

    a.) The US destroys
    b.) The US build it back up (Germany, Japan, and most of the fucking world after WWII)
    c.) ??????
    d.) Profit!

    You were so fucking way off in stating the US requires others to rebuild what they destroy it wasn't even funny.
