RIAA: We Won't Pursue Mandated DRM Technologies

tekman writes "A New York Times article details an agreement between the RIAA and various hardware and software companies in which the RIAA has agreed to avoid seeking legislation that would mandate technologies in computers and other home electronics to restrict 'unauthorized' copying. The most interesting thing about this is the absence of the MPAA."

    Yes... I too have wondered for some time if there are orcs, goblins, wizards, etc. here on Slashdot along with all the trolls. I motion for the creation of a list of criteria with which we can define orcs or goblins and the like here on Slashdot. We should append these critieria to the most complete and accurate troll definition.
