There is some crappy movie where a thief or some such guy exploits what he knows about dobermans, by making peanut butter balls that are covered in hamburger. The dogs go straight for the meat, and then don't do a whole lot else, as the peanut butter sticks to the roofs of their mouths. Not really social engineering, but it seems related, somehow...
