flash_cube writes "Boeing Co.'s 'Connexion' business unit finally demoed its in-flight WiFi (802.11b) service this weekend ... even as (noted in this previous /. article) struggling U.S. carriers pull out of the joint venture. Still Boeing promises availability on other airlines in 'early 2003.'"

A while, I think. The firewalls are needed to guard against engine fire, thanks to FAA rules, and can't be spared to stop crackers getting in and making every address resolve to goatse.cx!

$30 per year for spamcop.net email... I have yet to receive a single piece of spam in my Inbox.

Plus, you have all the features you could want... IMAP/POP3 +SSL/TLS, Webmail (which supports PGP), etc. I'm incredibly glad I signed up... When the alternative is $30/year it's just not worth using "free" services where you get tons of spam, have a horrific interface, etc.

And you don't have to believe me, I don't doubt there will be a half-dozen "me to" posts attached to this one!
