IBM Picks Qtopia Over PalmOS And PocketPC

Geek.com and others are reporting IBM's decision to choose Trolltech's Qtopia (the embedded version of their Qt library, used by the Sharp Zaurus PDA) in their forthcoming devices.

Good riddance to the Frankenstein of the GUI systems, the ugliest GUI system ever created (that goes for entire philosophy and concept which resulted in what is knows as a Unix desktop - mismatch of completely different toolkits , applications that can't paste text etc
