    Pretty much everything in your body (excluding water) can and will kill you if it gets in the wrong place and the wrong time. Thats why organic molecules are so dangerous compared to non-organic ones - organic molecules have chemistry similar to our chemistry and so can disrupt it. Try poisoning youself with silicon. Eat enough of it and you'll die, but you''l get a much better(?) effect from eating cyanide (carbon and nitrogen, our best friends when they're in the right place).
