SCO Sues IBM for Sharing Secrets with Unix and Linux

bstadil writes "The information is still sparse but the expected lawsuits from SCO over Unix/Linux patent infringements has been filed." SCO is asking for a billion dollars. News.com and Forbes are also covering the story.

      I saw that happen before on another article.. I wonder if it's some new attempt by the editors to stop troll fps. If they are, it's not working.. but.. not a bad idea. Hopefully some people will actually read the article and it might improve the quality of discussion.

    It's funny .. all the Dr. Evil posts are modded down "Redundant" so nobody can see 'em. How can they be redundant when most people can even see one of the posts?? (default users see +1 and above only). This encourages even more people to keep saying things redundantly.

    Actually, I don't quite have my facts straight either (someone on /. with a casual approach to the facts? Can't be!).
