Lofgren Introduces BALANCE Act to Modify DMCA

Infonaut writes "Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D - CA) introduced H.R. 1066, The Balance Act. It seeks to clarify 'that America's historic principles of fair use - protected under Section 107 of the Copyright Act - apply to analog and digital transmissions.' Apparently Lessig is on board, as are several associations and other organizations. If you like what you see, encourage your representative to support the bill."

Who gives a fuck what he thinks anyways?

He's probably the least important person in the history of the universe.

Folks, Ransom is when you kidnap someone against their will, and ask for money to return them. Kidnapping is a crime. And so is terrah, the worst possible threat our nation faces today.

I suggest avoiding this "TerrahWare" and sticking with the only quality source of hardware and software in this country: IBM Corporation.

If IBM wasn't the best, why do 97% of all new computer buyers choose IBM-compatible PCs when they buy a new machine? And IBM doesn't need to resort to underhanded methods to make the sale.

I hope you keep this in mind.
