The Myth of Radio Spectrum Interference

He argues that interference is a symptom of inadequate equipment, not a fact of nature, and that with improved transceivers we could open the spectrum up to high-quality broadcasts by anyone. You've just invalidated your own argument. You're right, I'd have trouble distinguishing them if I looked at the ground. However, I'd be able to see them clearly if I looked straight at them.
