      Yawn. It's nice to see the left spouting more self-contradictory arguments: we want fewer civilian casualties (preferrably none), but when the warmongers do research into non-lethal weapons to accomplish their goals, we'll call them "chemical weapons". Nice one!

      "'any chemical which through its chemical action on life processes can cause death, temporary incapacitation or permanent harm to humans or animals' is forbidden as a method of warfare. "

      Isn't C4 (or TNT) such a chemical?
