    Irish coffee, aka "God's Blessing" (see, Callahan's Cross-Time Salloon by Spider Robinson):

    1 cup freshly-made Jamaica Blue Mountain
    1.5 ounce Bushmill's Black Label Irish Whiskey

    top with Whipped cream if you really feel motivated to gild the lily of perfection.
