    You want visual page layout - have a look at reality. What you are seeing is a visual page when you visit any website or look at a book - visual is simply not real, because reality within a computer is impossible.

    Wait, let me get this straight you think Dreamweaver isn't bloated yet? I would really like to call foul on that one. It is a hideously bloated monstrosity with every widget and feature they could fathom how to code into it... but how much of that is unnecessary? I think dreamweaver is already upon the downward slope.... Just a question of time and what competitor is hungriest for success. Do the same thing just lighter, without all that interactive crap. Let me hotkey when I want you to close tags, etc.
