Douglas Adams' Doctor Who

Blue Stone writes "As you probably know, the "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy" author, Douglas Adams, wrote a number of Doctor Who episodes. The BBC in its wisdom has turned one of his stories "Shada" into a Flash animation. Although the animation is rather primitive, I found the story very entertaining (you can always minimize the window and just listen.)"

yet STILL not forking out for a new series.

You obviously don't recall the appaling later series of Dr Who and the failed attempts at a movie version. Personally I dont think a new series is either desirable or likely. Why not try something new rather than rehashing old stories (take note Hollywood)

Let alone their pro-terrorist news coverage.

Of course, if its not Pro-Bush and The Good Old US of A, then it must be pro-terrorist. Ever considered that the pap that you are subjected to in the US is so laughably pro-US to the point of not questioning anything that your leaders tell you? Even Dan Rather admitted that US journalists are afraid of stating anything other than the party line for fear of being labelled anti-american.

PS, hemos is right. If /. chose to bring an action, they would be able to shut your site down, assuming no jurisdictional problems. But i'm guessing you're a yank, so jurisdiction won't be a problem (states respect other states rulings).
