No one spends money on schools anymore. They spend it on national security and trying to make sure some religious fanatic who doesn't exist isn't trying to bomb them.
When everyone realizes our government let 9/11 happen we'll be able to spend our 'national security (read ashcroft/rumsfield retirement) fund'.
Solutions to treating these people:
Stamp "Crazy" on these people's forehead and stick them in a cell until they learn to ask for food in a real language.
Just add a new definition of incurably insane to the list of mental health disorders (speaks only in Klingon).
Induce a coma in these people and leave them until either we find a cure for annoying stupidity or we find a recipe for soylent green.
What a fucking waste of time and money.
