Microsoft's iLoo Project A Hoax

minesweeper writes "It appears that the 'iLoo,' a portable toilet with Internet access designed by Microsoft, was actually just a hoax issued by its MSN division in the United Kingdom. The minute I read this originally I thought how funny it would have been to wipe my own poop on the 'mouse' or whatever input device they would have used. After that, I would have wiped some poo on the screen. After that, I would have wiped poo all over the seat, and the walls. On the way out, I would have wiped poo on the MSN logo.

Too bad it's a hoax. I'll just go back to wiping poo on public pay-phone earpieces.

Microsoft announced today that the iLoo web appliance was a hoax. It is expected that Microsoft is soon to also confirm that the 'Windows' operating system was a hoax as well, and was only a joke.
