Lucas Returning to Digital Animation

deadwood writes "It seems Lucas is creating a Digital Animation studio as a subsidiary of ILM, according to this Yahoo! article.
Lucasfilm Animation is created roughly 17 years after George Lucas sold Pixar to Steve Jobs. I wonder if Episode VII-IX would be a good choice as first projects?"

    None of the star wars movies have engaging plots.

    Quit kidding yourselves.

    They're boring now because we've been bombarded to death with cheesy spaceman movies modelled after star wars.

    NO NO NO.

    All this animation studio should be doing is creating Animations of NATALIE PORTMAN. Some day she will grow old and die. As such, we need to digital archive her - entierly. Much like the US is doing with national monuments incase of terrorist attack.

    And of course, the HOT GRITS.
