The Anti-Spam Research Group's Plan for Spam
egoff writes "Speaking of standards, the ASRG, a member of the IETF, has a plan for "consent-based communications." Among the suggestions, according to Internet Week, are authentication services for falsified addresses, trusted senders, reputation systems (karma?), opt-out tools, best practices for challenge/response, and even a proposal for micropayments on unwanted mail. Instead of defining spam, the ASRG wants to provide administrators and users the tools necessary to avoid what they consider to be unwanted. One of the tools, Reverse MX, is expected to be in place in several months. It would allow the receiving mail server to query a domain to determine if the sending server is allowed to send on its behalf."

It is official; Netcraft confirms: Microsoft is dying
One more crippling bombshell hit the already beleaguered Microsoft community when IDC confirmed that Microsoft market share has dropped yet again, now down to less than a fraction of 1 percent of all servers. Coming on the heels of a recent Netcraft survey which plainly states that Microsoft has lost more market share, this news serves to reinforce what we've known all along. Microsoft is collapsing in complete disarray, as fittingly exemplified by failing dead last in the recent Sys Admin comprehensive networking test.
You don't need to be a Kreskin to predict Microsoft's future. The hand writing is on the wall: Microsoft faces a bleak future. In fact there won't be any future at all for Microsoft because Microsoft is dying. Things are looking very bad for Microsoft. As many of us are already aware, Microsoft continues to lose market share. Red ink flows like a river of blood.
Windows NT is the most endangered of them all, having lost 93% of its core developers. The sudden and unpleasant departures of long time Windows NT developers Michael Evans and Timothy Buckley only serve to underscore the point more clearly. There can no longer be any doubt: Windows NT is dying.
All major surveys show that Microsoft has steadily declined in market share. Microsoft is very sick and its long term survival prospects are very dim. If Microsoft is to survive at all it will be among OS dilettante dabblers. Microsoft continues to decay. Nothing short of a miracle could save it at this point in time. For all practical purposes, Microsoft is dead.
Fact: Microsoft is dying

Nobody likes flabby man-tits!
Do you even lift?
These aren't the 'roids you're looking for.
That's right, there is. And in this case, you, the person behind the troll is a 17 year old punk with no life and a foul mouth! Isn't life grand?
Tell you what. Once you're done sucking on my cum-drenched rod, you pimple faced little bitch, then I'll see what I can do.
That's right. And you are:

Glad to have that all sorted out. Pretty lame comeback though. Much like your ASCII art, and your cute little attempt at forming a troll group to make friends..or at least find someone to "pump your rectum," as you put it. You're not good for much else.
Tell us straight out that you do not believe in the Gospel of Christ; for you believe what you want in the Gospel and disbelieve what you want. You believe in yourself rather than in the Gospel. [St. Augustine, Against Faustus the Manichean, [17, 3], circa 400 AD, quoted from "The Faith of the Early Fathers", 1598]
