Sure sign of a clueless reviewer #42:

Next, I checked to see which games Ximian had installed for me. I discovered by clicking on More at the bottom of the list that Ximian had found and added the Devastation and Return to Castle Wolfenstine betas I had previously installed to the menu.

Ximian added RTCW to the menu? The RTCW installer asks you if you want an entry in your GNOME menu, you twit!

Mod me down as flamebait but, I dont know why people are wasting their valuable time hacking a desktop environment based on an image editor program. KDE is leaps and bounds ahead of GNOME in terms of usablility and performance. Take a look at Slicker for example, it beats the shit out of even WinXP in terms of usability & eye candy. Let us all join together and spend our valuable time making Linux ready for desktop.

... assholes who keep saying "Linux is an OS for technically advanced users"?

Grow up! People use Linux for all kinds of reasons and don't have to be technically advanced to do so. Or aren't you technically advanced enough to learn how to configure your system for usability yet? Maybe if you started to worry about helping to make systems more usable for other people you wouldn't have to keep blaming it's failings on others.
