Microsoft Flouting DOJ Settlement?

An anonymous reader writes "According to the Washington Post, Microsoft is not adhering to the terms of its deal with the DOJ. Specifically, there are allegations that it is "trying to license key pieces of its technology at inflated rates" and "thwarting its antitrust settlement with the federal government". They're charging $100,000 just to see technical info about their communication protocols, and you only get $50,000 back if you decide you don't want to license them. Whoda thunk?"

We have seen this before. The only way this is ever going to change is if we shut Microsoft down. Go help a Open Source project anything else is just noise.

Enron mistated earnings from the late 1990s. How do you blame that on W? And who was the first person Enron's executives called when they knew the shit was going to hit the fan? Wasn't it Clinton's Treasury Secretary?

Martha Stewart is a fervent supporter of the Clintons. Maybe she just wants to profit from insider deals because she couldn't get a backdated cattle futures contract like her hero Hillary did, nor was she able to shake down Buddhist monks fronting for Indonesian businessmen like her other hero Slick did.

But about 80% of the electorate here in the US is damn happy that Bush was President on 9/11 and notAl Gore. Deal with it.

The US electorate does not trust the Democratic Party when they perceive a true threat to the United States. And with good cause, IMO. See Jimmy Carter in the Iranian hostage situation. See Bill Clinton launch a few cruise missiles at $20 tents to hit a camel in the ass in response to a series of coordinated terrorist attacks. See also Bill Clinton turn down an offer from the Sudan of Osama Bin Laden "We're sick of this asshole, do you want him?" "Umm, lemme zip up my fly first. Naah."

So you Bush-haters can now reap what you have sown:

2002 - massive losses for the out-of-party power in the Senate and House. First time in a long time - if ever - that has happened. BWWAAA-HAAAH.

    2004 - W gets reelected to a 2nd term. BWWAAAH HAAAH.

2008 - A Repulican dog beats Hillary! for the Presidency because two thirds of the American electorate simply hates Hillary! and will vote against her. BWAAAH-HAA!

No, he didn't lie at all. His retaliation against Saddam's aggression has saved thousands of lives:

the 3,000 killed during the bombing because Saddam used them as human shields are more than exceeded by the 10,000 likely to be killed by Saddam during the remainder of this year alone: people who will live another year.....

Clinton did not only lie to try and rig the sexual harassment case, he lied just about every time he opened his mouth about any subject.

Kinda like the Democrats who seem to think that winning California, New York, Pennsylvania + 4 or 5 other states means that their candidate should be president.
That's what the Electoral College was created to -prevent-: the ability of a small number of large states to, in effect, control the federal government.
