Netflix Granted Patent on DVD Subscription Rentals

A few folks noted a new patent showing up from netflix. They apparently now have a patent on their model of subscribing to rentals- where instead of being charged per disc, you are charged a monthly fee and can keep the rentals indefinitely without late fees. You can patent anything! Get on the bus!

    The only way stuff like this will come to an end is by limited election donations, illegal as it is, it's something we will have to tolerate until some perspective comes to the courts and alot of these patents are struck down.

    Limit donations by individuals to $1 and end corporate donations entirely. When elections come around, media outlets must donate equal time alloted and other expenses paid by tax dollars, it's our goverment that's being underminded and we're paying for it now anyways.

    Election day should be a national holiday and a community event. A time for hotdogs, veggie burgers and beer.
