Contiki on Ethernut

randomErr writes "Many of you may remember Contiki, the OS and GUI for the C64 and many other 8 bit platforms, which was posted on Slashdot in March. Adam Dunkels has ported Contiki to a more modern platorm: the open source Ethernut board. You can also see the working webserver and VNC server."

    Have you seen the comment counts here? They're losing readers like the NYT.

    Advice to slashdot if they want to survive as-is:

    Fire michael, force taco into sabbatical (he obviously doesn't enjoy his job anymore and hates the customers) and post fewer stories on the front page, focusing instead on quality of material over quantity. You have some rule of thumb that during the day there must be a story-an-hour or more on the front page... this is killing you guys!
