Exploit Available for Cisco IOS Vulnerability

GNUman writes "Cisco's IOS vulnerability, posted by Slashdot and CERT, has now a published exploit available, as reported recently by CERT. While there are some some articles claiming that the Internet survived a major flaw, maybe with a publicly available exploit could script kiddies start creating havock?. jerw134 wanted to start a pool to find out when the exploit would be publicly available, here's the answer."

We (read: Melior, Inc., start-up company with the product) have a solution for this problem today. Details and demo video at www.ddos.com - stand-alone prototypes are available and deployed at some high-risk sites (those with dDoS problems, obviously).

The adult industry is currently being extorted ("pay or you get ddos'd", see WIRED), and this is likely prompting copycats on other industries. The Cisco issue just accellerates abuse options.

Our blade-based system ("TIPS", for True Intrusion Prevention System; soon to be released) allows deployment BEFORE a router, which can either be looped in, or deployed as a blade behind the iSecure CyberWarfare Defense DDOS and CLOAKING module.

White Paper and DVD (all region codes) available on request; the iSecure technology is globally patented.
