Doug Chiang's Robota
inherent writes "Doug Chiang's studio has released a trailer for his upcoming book. The book is a collaboration with Sci-Fi author Orson Scott Card of Ender's Game fame, and will include 75 pieces of Chiang's artwork. Chiang is the Concept Art Director at Industrial Light and Magic (and thus the concept art guy for the Star Wars prequels). Here is a previous slashdot story on him with a link to an interview."
alt.linux.sucks (a.l.s) is a group where people that hate Linicks can
share their disgust of the Linicks OS with other people.
Here are some guidelines for Linicks users that wish to post here:
1) We really *do* hate Linicks. We are not Linicks users playing Devil's
advocate so *please* don't ask us to do any perverted sex acts. We
don't want to gang-bang you or be your human toilet. I realise that it
may be hard to grasp, but there really *are* people in the world that
hate Linicks.
2) Anytime you are outwitted in an argument, you must say that you were
here "troll hunting" or were only pretending to be dumb.
3) You must always commit a logical fallacy in your argument.
"Misleading Vividness" and "Guilt By Association" are two very common
fallacies you may wish to commit.
4) You must immediately call anyone that disagrees with you a troll.
You must also throw around jargon in an attempt to impress us with your
knowledge.
5) Once in this group, you are owned by us. You may claim that you are
leaving the group, but you must always come back for another whipping.
6) If you present an argument that contains a logical fallacy (which you
must do at all times) we are not required to rebut it other than
pointing out the fact that it is invalid.
7) At some time during your stay here, you must state that you have
"Owned the group"
8) You *must* have taken a shower within the last 3 weeks before posting
here. Anyone found posting with a typical DGH (Dirty GNU Hippie) rank
odor will be forced to use Windows 98 as their OS for the next 7 days.
9) You will be taken more seriously if you take out a Chainsaw and trim
back your thick, grizzly beard before posting here.
10) You must always post here telling the group about the latest Microsoft
vulnerability so we can give you an extra hard whipping. See question
#3.
In closing I would like to say that the word "whipping" is used in a
figurative sense. If you are in to S&M (and we *know* you are) you can get
a real life whipping by sending an email to rms@gnu.org with your name,
address and time you will be available.

...to make all future tries of Hollywood to produce sequels futile... I don't wan't sequels anymore!!!
...and I hate him for fuckin' Star Wars even more up by including his religious tendencies by any means necessary... I have the strong believe that Ep3 will be even more ugly than goin to church! GRGRRRR
...that Star Wars (now) blows!
