Anonymous User Challenges RIAA Subpoena

Arclightfire writes "First there was the setback of a New England judge throwing out an attempt to uncover the names of students at MIT accused of piracy and now CNet is reporting that a 'Jane Doe' is arguing that the subpoena violates her right to due process." There's also a Reuters story.

Have you ever considered suicide? Since you are a useless piece of shit, you would be doing the world a favor.

It is rather pathetic that you concern yourself with trivial subjects like American sitcoms. I live here and I don't care about them. You see, nobody is forced to watch them. If someone finds a little bit of happiness by whatching a sitcom, then good for them. The rest of us will just change the channel, or turn off the tv.

Why are you so concerned about what is going on in the U.S.? You don't mention where you're from, but I can assure you that I don't give a flying fuck about your country, culture, leaders, crime rate or foreign policy. There is a very good chance I'm never going to go there, and even less chance that it is going to have a significant impact on my life. In America, we have lives to live, we don't spend our time whining about other countries.
