VIA K8T800 Chipset Preview - Dual Opteron in Action

Mr.Tweak writes "It has been a long time coming but we are finally reaching the beginning stages of 64-bit mainstream computing. AMD has been the first to bring a 64-bit processor to the market with any true support in the Opteron.     Show me where the share is 10%. Even Jobs does not go that high.

    You are still a squealing minority, squealing at another minority (Opteron users), while the real computing world just shakes their head at you.

    I guess you didn't hear about the Apple PowerMac G5 when it was announced months ago and began shipping last week

    You mean the G5 that can't even outperform a two-year-old Athlon XP 2000+? That G5?
