Either you're lying or your reading comprehension is abyssmal. There is no "Gottard" space center. There is a Goddard Spaceflight Center in Greenbelt, MD. Anyone who claims to know anything about spaceflight and can't even get the spelling of the name of the father of the liquid fueled rocket right is probably talking out of his ass.

I would guess that the closest you've been to a NASA facility was the Air and Space Museum on your high school's Senior Trip. (if you're even that old yet)
