Homeworld 2 Demo Released
Thanks to Blue's News for the info that a PC demo of Homeworld 2 is now available, offering "a sample of Relic's now-gold space-based RTS sequel... [including] a tutorial, two solo missions and a pair of multiplayer maps." Mirrors of the 141mb demo include Gamer's Hell, IGN Downloads, Worthplaying, and a BitTorrent links via FileRush and GameTab.
You know what a cool article would be for the Games section - a discussion of what guest characters you'd like to see in some popular fighting games. You may have seen that Soul Caliber II has exclusive characters that weren't expected to be in the Soul Caliber universe. What crossover characters do gamers out there want to see? Perhaps Johnny Cage mixing it up with Ryu in the Virtua Fighter 4 environment?
Don't you think this makes a much more interesting story than some stupid demo of a game I've never heard of being released?
To be honest, I think they should've worked on the new characters' appearances to make them fit in better, all of them just look...out of place. Necron especially seems to lack detail, at least IMO.
:D Nothing beats arrows with Link.
Though they sure are fun.
