lenin writes "The BBC is reporting that Europe's first moon mission, SMART-1, appears to be a success thus far. It also talks about the low-cost technology being used and the charged xenon (ion) propulsion system. Can TIE-fighters be far off?"

    Yanno, the response and obvious lack of knowledge from everyone here is rather, well, disturbing. I realize it started as a joke ^^^ but, umm, still, shows real ignorance. All the people trying to explain (and succeeding) aren't trolls when it comes to something important damn it!
