Fan-made Mega Man Movie Trailer Debuts

FortissimoWily writes "Following last week's rumors regarding Warner Bros. wanting to produce a Mega Man feature film, an amusing and very entertaining live-action fan-made movie trailer (which was created for a college project) has been making the rounds today, and is now being hosted on fansite Planet Mega Man in several resolutions [there's a BitTorrent link for the hi-res version, via GameTab]. Now, if only such a full-length movie were real..." That Dr.Wily can be so cantankerous, eh?

    And now for the Troll Critic's Review:

    Positives: It does look a lot like a live-action anime.
    "Amiga Man" is kind of funny.

    Negatives: Nearly everybody on Slashdot has either played at least one of the games, or at least heard of Mega Man.

    "Hardly anyone is interested in Japanese Cartoons": Obvious flamebait.

    Comments: There was a little bit of promise, but your complete lack of ability to master the subtle did you in.
