Looks like they can also monitor people's driving habits and whether or not they're using the air conditioner. The article comments about how much easier it is for them to do things like disabling cars remotely than in Western countries. (Remind me to never rent a car in Pakistan.)"
Why don't we just nuke them all from orbit? It sure would solve a lot of annoying problems. Gas would be cheaper and there would be more food for starving Africans.
