When a PDA is better than a GBA for Gaming
An anonymous reader writes "Conventional wisdom says that it's silly to buy a $300+ PDA to play games when a $100 Game Boy Advance SP is going to be better at it. At the same time, no one says that it's silly to spend $1000+ on a PC to play games, when you can do the same thing with a $199 PlayStation 2. FiringSquad just posted an ASUS PDA review that focuses on some of the games that only a PDA has the horsepower for, and helps readers figure out how to pick out the right PDA."
Actually, lots of people think it's stupid to spend $1000 plus $500 a year in upgrades, and put up with all the hassle of dealing with Windoze, to play games on a PC. That's why I have a PS2 and a Mac.
GCHQ Quantum Insert installed. If only our tongues were made of glass, how much more careful we would be when we speak
I'm a kid huh? Okay.
And you didn't point out anything obvious. You said that word processing, image/editing, etc. couldn't be done on a PS2. I offered evidence that those functions can be performed on a PS2 and you decided to call me a kid. Nice work!
My statement stands. You made the claim the common computing tasks couldn't be done on a PS2. But they can. You were wrong. I proved you incorrect. Have a nice day my little troll.
I hate liberals. If you are a liberal, do not reply.
