Mail Server Flaw Opens MS Exchange to Spam

There are dozens of messages--with subject lines such as 'Open relay problem' and 'We are sending spam?'--on Microsoft's Exchange Administration newsgroup, sent by information system managers who haven't been able to staunch the flow of spam from their servers. 'It is really inexcusable for a company that claims security is its top priority,' he said." If you are using vulnerable versions of Exchange, and have been hit by a Code Red variant, you may want to insure your 'guest' accounts are still disabled.

    I didn't bother to check, but what makes you automatically assume he's an American? I'm an American and I ensure that my posts use ensure and not insure when the context demands it. I grow tired of this repertoire of snide remarks emanating from the old country, the other side of the pond, or whatever figure of speech you "Elitist Europeans" would like to use. Please note, I am not saying all Europeans are elitists, but I am categorizing and yes, stereotyping a certain few of you that I think are Elitist. Get your nose out of the air, we aren't your child nor your red-headed step-sister. You'd think we'd be able to get along on the internet, but damn, some people are just too anal retentive.
