herda05 writes "New Scientist reports from a press release by NASA on a successful ground test of the HiPEP (High Power Electric Propulsion) ion engine, which is the first 'major milestone' for Project Prometheus. Also some pictures and more info on the HiPEP engine."

    "NASA Ground Tests Ion Engine"

    NASA: can be singular or plural depending on taste
    Ground: can be a verb, another verb (grind) or a noun
    Tests: can be a verb or a noun
    Ion Engine: ok this one rings a bell: compound noun

    Every combination I try is a failure. Can anyone help me here?
