Could Google Be SCO's Next Big Target?
An anonymous reader writes "Well, Darl and co. may have decided which company to sue next: Google. Sources say Google will be sued for not paying their Linux taxes. The story quotes 'Industry wags are saying that God invented SCO to give people a company to hate more than Microsoft.'" This is all speculation until such a suit is filed, though.
Not to start a flamewar, but have you ever taken a look at the pile of shit we also call world that the omnipotent God, at least according to your scriptures, created? Compared to the world, SCO's peanuts.

That SCO is still around and their stock is still OK because maybe, just MAYBE, they actually have a case?
Or is most everyone on Slashdot just another ill-informed, me-too, SCO-hater?
Nope. Darl and crew hope to get their own planets some day. They aren't Christian or Catholic.
SCO is based in Utah. If they're mormons I doubt that they think they could sue their way into heaven through the vatican. More likely they think that going through the vatican would be likely to lead them the other direction.

So, you don't think that people who believe in the ideal of free (not just open; there's a critical difference!) source and resent SCO's grotesque attack on our most cherised values should not take any action in the face of this aggression?

It would be interesting to compare the percentage of Catholic Priests who are child molesters to the percentage of the public in general who are child molesters.
Religion is a business, and it appears Catholicism went for the American model of profiting by screwing over (no pun intended) your customers. But people keep filling the collection plate and old widows who get weekly visits from the priest keep opening up their pocket books...
Give your money to fight a disease, which might actually help humanity. But then again, Catholics don't care about helping others, just helping themselves.
