Kazaa Ruled Legal in The Netherlands

DreamerFi writes "Developers of Kazaa cannot be held liable for the way people use their software, the Dutch Supreme Court has ruled. The dutch version of the RIAA, BUMA Stemra is now expected to start lawsuits against individuals, following the american lead, according to dutch news channels."

    With B-52s of course. This action by this joke of a "court" is very un-American and should not go unpunished. The Netherlands should be promptly liberated. Folks, the New World Order is here and the USA is at the helm. If you're in another country then you better just suck it up and go along with the greatest and best country on the earth, the USA. American subjects need a good beat down too.
