A Look at Microsoft's Regulatory Problems

One interesting comment was 'Microsoft is preparing to use its dominance in web-browser and operating-system software to promote itself in yet another separate market--search engines this time'."
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and acts like a duck, then it's a duck. If it's able to exert monopolistic control of a market or markets, then it's a monopoly.
