Solaris is looking better everyday. Enterprises who use it can rest easy knowing that they won't be sued. Now that we know without a doubt that Linux contains SCO code, it seems that Solaris might be the future.

You forgot that it sucks and Sun sucks.
I think they should switch the product name to Sun OS X (or at least SolarisX), and FINALLY make the switch to a unix-like OS.
