Is it possible to discourage tailgating? People who tailgate are so stupid, they would tailgate just to get the upper hand and feel superior even if the speed limit was 150 mph. Even if you had a lighted rotated sign on your car saying "NOT DRIVING ANY FASTER" they would drive 2 feet from your bumper just to feel SUPERIOR.
