MPAA Prevails Against 321 Studios' DVD X Copy

Quok writes "Yahoo has the scoop. The article is short on details, but it seems the MPAA have succeeded in getting an injunction issued against 321 Studios, the makers of the popular DVD X Copy software, which allows consumers to make backup copies of DVD movies. Strike one for fair use."

    It is official; Netcraft confirms: GNAA is dying.

    One more crippling bombshell hit the already beleaguered GNAA community when IDC confirmed that GNAA troll share has dropped yet again, now down to less than a fraction of 1 percent of all comments. Coming on the heels of a recent Netcraft survey which plainly states that GNA has lost more troll share, this news serves to reinforce what we've known all along. GNAA is collapsing in complete disarray, as fittingly exemplified by failing dead last in the recent troll comment test.

    You don't need to be a Negrodamus to predict GNAA's future. The hand writing is on the bathroom wall: GNAA faces a bleak future. In fact there won't be any future at all for GNAA because GNAA is dying. Things are looking very bad for GNAA. As many of us are already aware, GNA continues to lose troll share. Red ink flows like a river of blood.

    GNAA on IRC is the most endangered of them all, having lost 93% of its channel access. There can no longer be any doubt: GNAA is dying.
