I have been using 1 and 1 since they came out with their last promotion and I have to say it is awesome. I would highly reccomend it to anyone looking for hosting. They have the whole range of services and they run Linux without a pointless sco license.

Where I come from, Cannabis (or Cannabis Sativa, if you REALLY want to get anal) is generally referred to as "dope", among many another name.
So, to me, it certianly is "dope".
All arguments about "dope"'s effects aside, of course.

THC might not be as harmful, but smoking pot also makes you inhale fun things like tar, and other poisons.

I mean, if you're going to compare the U.S. to other countries, your best choices would not just be other First World nations, but large ones that share similar legal systems, cultural traditions, and the like. I'm not religious, so it always strikes me as strange that people should make a point of how Joseph Smith made the whole thing up. How is this different from how any other religion was founded? That some of them evolved over time, with lots of little stories pulled from whole cloth, while some of them were laid down in one go, with one big story pulled from whole cloth?
Who cares how Mormonism was founded? Well, Mormons do. But so do people who have something against Mormons in particular, because they think it's a "made-up" religion. No windows key?
On the A31, R40, R50 and most other recent ones, go into the IBM key configuration. There's an option to set the Rt Alt key as a "windows" key.
Frankly, IMHO the thinkpads kick almost any other laptop into the ground for useability and durability. (But I do agree about some of the trask software. Just use what works.)
BTW, I've had a T20, A31, and now R50.
