SCO's Motion to dismiss Red Hat's Complaint Denied

Soko writes "The scoop is on Groklaw - SCO's motion to dismiss is denied, and further activity in the case is now pending the outcome of the SCO vs. IBM litigation in Utah. If they lose against IBM, will there be anything left for Red Hat to kick around, though?"

Do you have a proof for that or you are just bullshitting. We all know that slashdot monkies are idiots who are bunch of losers attacking here and there as wild dogs. Nobody can trust you, so why do you keep claiming that you are right on an open issue. We all know that Linux is a copy of Unix and IBM helped Linux.

Stupid slashdot monkey, frontpage is a program many people use, and if you are judging people's opinions by the programs they use and the simple mistakes they make then you are as dumb as a slashdot monkey. Wait, you are already one of them. Hehe. your stupidity is a great sign which shows why sco will win. If the average Linux user is as dumb as you are, then probably one of them certainly stole code and put it into the Linux. The courts will teach you why frontpage has nothing to do with your stealing source code from SCO.
