Cowboi Kneel, you have posted yet another dupe. I know this has been said about a thousand times, but it needs to be repeated since this happens so often now. Maybe I wouldn't be pissed if many good submissions weren't rejected and many topics avoided altogether (such as the controversial shutdown of goatse.cx). This article was duped with almost the exact same headline of the original. You would think the slashcode could be modified to check for almost identical headlines.
