FCC to Reorganize 800mhz Band?

close to deciding if they will allow Nextel to pay for the reorganization of the 800mhz bandplan. In return the FCC will give Nextel a new band in which to operate their phones, where they won't destroy public safety communications. Other cell companies are angry because they had to pay millions for their GHz frequencies, and argue Nextel is getting off cheap. On top of this, if the 800MHz band gets re-sliced, will the FCC continue to push TV broadcasters out of 700MHz, which was supposed to go all to public safety in the coming years?"

What happened to Saddam's bodyguard called the "Fat Man"? He allegedly gave up Saddam's location only after two hours of interrogation. On BBC the US military obviously denies the use of torture, but I don't see how else such a dedicated Saddam's man could be broken in just two hours.
Furthermore, does anyknow even know where he is today or has he just disappeared into some legal black hole like other US detaines held at Guantanamo.
Reportedly, this deal was going nowhere until Nextel added to the proposal that in their future picture-cellphones, software will be added to ensure that female breast images (particularly if unclothed) cannot be transmitted. This will not be done in the interest of censorship, but rather in the Spirit of Justice.
