vic_1066 writes "Brain chips sound pretty Orwellian, but the tech has come a long way (Soul eating registration required) in the past few years.     But to answer your question: Neither does Slashdot support moderation levels beyond -1, nor does it offer the moderation option "Incredibly Annoying". Indeed, there's not even a "-1 Feeble" option.
