E.U. Employers To Be Held Liable For Porn Spam?

Cowards Anonymous writes "Yahoo News has a story about a study of Europe's new anti-spam legislation. The overly broad wording of the legislation, according to the study, could allow employees to sue employers for not doing enough to stop porn spam. Businesses could be sued by their workers for allowing a hostile work environment. The author of the study advises companies running email servers to use filtering technology, and warn employees about the sometimes sleazy content of spam."

    Meiosis, as we know it today, has got to go. Non-reliable replication is a bug, not a feature. For as long as organisms allow DNA replication, their offspring will always be exposed to all forms of mutation, including lethal.

    So, if nature basically makes it impossible to perform DNA-based replication in an organism, that could be just the knockout blow it takes for organisms to finally see an incentive on picking a better genetic encoding method that allows better reliability of meiosis.

    Bush and Kerry are both the same. You would have to work pretty hard to find a richer, more incoherent pair of incoherent corporate shills from Skull and Bones. Either way you vote, it is another 4 more years of incompetant corporate rule.

      Tweedle Dee is still Tweedle Dee, but Tweedle Dum has become the largest threat to world peace in the history of civilization.

      And that's why I'm voting for Kerry. If it were a choice between a moderate Republican and a Moderate Dem, I'd go for Nader. But Bush is too dangerous to chance letting him stay in office.

    If you mean Kerry, you are right. He plans to back down and let the terrorists win. Al Quada attacks will explode, and would-be new Saddams will be emboldened. Bush, in contrast, is promoting peace by dealing with terrorism by cutting it off at the source.
