ISWC Wearable Conference Accepting Submissions

Daniel Ashbrook writes "The Eigth IEEE International Symposium on Wearable Computers (ISWC) is now accepting submissions for papers, posters, demos and more! Slashdot has covered ISWC several times before, but here's your chance to participate! The submission deadline is May 23, so get those Twiddlers chording!"

    I want an tattoo like that electronic ink that can be modified. Black and white is fine. A low latency would be nice to display movies.

    How the hell is my above comment be redundant. There are four comments and none of them are about Steve Mann. I don't know, maybe it's redundant because everyone on slashdot already knows how much of a nerd Steve is.

    So, the news is now out that Pat Tillman, the Cardinals player killed in combat, was an atheist. Now, as an atheist myself, I think that's great. But going off to war voluntarily was just STUPID.

    But, in the end, I'm thankful to Pat Tillman, in the same way that I'm thankful to all the lottery players who help make public education affordable. Without a large number of stupid people to fight our wars, where would this country be?

    So, for your sacrifice, I thank you Pat Tillman, you became the ultimate chump to keep us free.
