    How is this newsworthy? I've been reading slashdot almost on a daily basis for about 6 years now, and nothing has pissed me off more than this. Why exactly do you think that anyone would give two shits or one fuck about some jackass starting up a blog. I don't give a fuck who it is.

    I agree with the parent post. Seriously, WTF is going on here? Who gives "two shits or one fuck" about blogging? I wouldn't read a blog even if it was by someone I worshipped. Blogs are completely and utterly worthless. Even the name "blog" make me want to go outside and kill puppies.

    Though I really, really, could not care any less who is going to start a blog about what, this article has made me happy. I honestly thought I was one of very few people in the world who relize that 99.9999% of blogs are exercises in ego masturbation worthy of naught but mockery. Now I know better and am a happier person. Thank you slashdot!
